Normally, 100 tonnes of corn can extract about 12 tonnes of corn germ and 4.8 tonnes of corn germ oil, the influencing factors are mainly the technology of corn germ extraction and the pressing of corn germ, etc. The production line is designed reasonably and the quality of the equipment is high, which will get a better quality product.
The choice of oil extraction equipment is different according to the different processing capacity of corn germ. For example, if the processing capacity of corn germ is 1-10 tonnes/day, you can choose simple pressing production line, screw oil press is a good choice, together with Cooker and oil filter, etc. The small production line is easy to operate, with high efficiency of oil extraction and low investment cost, which is suitable for small-scale corn oil producers.
If the processing capacity is more than 10 tonnes per day, it can be produced by a complete production line, including three parts: the equipment related to the corn germ treatment stage, the corn germ pre-press and the corn germ press. The pre-treated corn germ enters the pre-press and press for production. The reason for choosing the second press is that the corn germ contains 30-40% oil and more corn oil can be obtained after the second press. The production line can achieve fully automatic production, save manpower and produce more efficiently, that is, the investment cost is high.
