The inner and outer cylinders and the ash discharge port are located on the same axis. After the air containing dust (material particles) enters tangentially along the air inlet on the upper part of the outer cylinder at a high speed, it rotates in a spiral shape at high speed from top to bottom between the inner and outer cylinders and at the cone. During the rotation, the dust particles are thrown to the inner wall of the outer cylinder under the action of large centrifugal force, and gradually lose speed due to collision and friction with the wall. Then, under the action of gravity, they fall along the cylinder wall to the cone part, and then from the bottom Ash discharge port. When the airflow approaches the lower end of the cone, due to the air-closing device installed at the outlet, the air cannot flow out from the bottom, starts to reverse and rise again and is then discharged through the inner cylinder.
