    Product description

    The YDXT type combined deodorization tower is a scientific combination of a packed tower and a plate tower. It has the dual advantages of a packed tower and a plate tower. It is the core equipment of the oil deodorization process.

    Main feature of  YDXT type combined deodorization tower

    • The deodorization effect is better by combining the packing section and the plate section.
    • The packing section adopts corrugated plate filler, which has a larger contact area and smaller air resistance, which is conducive to deacidification and deodorization.
    • There is an oil circulator in the lower part of the tower. The forced circulation avoids short circuit of the oil. At the same time, due to volatile components such as FFA, the thermal decolorization effect is more obvious and the product quality is more stable.
    • The deodorization tower uses high-quality sealing gaskets and high-temperature-resistant sight glasses to ensure good sealing and safety.
    • There is a special foam trapdevice on the top of the tower, which has better foam trap effect.
