Drag chain extractor main features

• The machine adopts new spraying process and structure, spraying more evenly and improving the spraying effect;
• Extractionof high material layer, the capacity of the extractor is large, in the process of extraction, the solvent and the mixed oil have good soaking effect on the material layer, which ensures the full extraction of the oil, high extraction efficiency and low residual oil of the meal;
• Adoption of self-cleaning fixed V-shaped grating ensures both a high penetration rate of mixed oil and a smooth grating that is not easily blocked;
• Extractor adopts chain with scraper structure, scraper height is low, mainly relying on the friction between the material to transport the material, the structure is more simple, while reducing the load of the whole machine;
• Adjustment of extraction time and capacity is convenient and stable, and a reliable material seal is formed in the feeding hopper to prevent the gas in the extractor from backing up into the pretreatment workshop;
• Feeding adjustment device, can adjust the height of material layer;
