    Product Description

    FX type air separator is mainly used to separate skin and kernel from skin-containing raw materials.

    Main feature

    • The equipment is simple to install, easy to maintain; it has low power consumption and operates smoothly.
    • Wear-resistant materials are designed at the feed inlet to increase the service life of the equipment.
    • The air separation section is designed with impact rods, which are made of solid round steel and have a long service life. The impact rods are staggered to allow multi-effect deflection of skin-containing raw materials and improve the peeling effect.
    • Before the skin-containing raw materials enter the air separation section, a cloth baffle is designed under the feed closed air section, so that the raw materials can be evenly distributed in the width direction of the air separation section.
    • The lower part of the air separation section is equipped with an automatic unloading device, which not only has the effect of closing the air but also facilitating unloading of raw materials.
