YJCP series rotocel extractor, YJCT series drag chain extractor, YJCH series loop type extractor, developed by our company are suitable for all sizes of vegetable oil plant (or extraction workshop) solid-liquid extraction of vegetable oil, adapted to the extraction of a variety of raw materials, such as soybeans, canola, cottonseed, sunflower, corn germ, peanuts, and other vegetable oilseeds and pre-pressed cake.

Rotocel extractor main feature

• Extraction of fixed high material layer,, less meal foam content in the extraction of mixed oil, which is conducive to the evaporation of mixed oil and the improvement of the quality of extraction crude oil;
• Extraction of high material layer, the capacity of the extractor is large, in the process of extraction, the solvent and the mixed oil have good soaking effect on the material layer, which ensures the full extraction of the oil, high extraction efficiency and low residual oil of the meal;
• Adoption of self-cleaning fixed V-shaped grating ensures both a high penetration rate of mixed oil and a smooth grating that is not easily blocked;
• Adopting the kick-out device for discharging meal according to the material condition, completely avoid the extraction meal attached to the wall of the extractor, making the smooth discharging of meal and forming an effective meal sealing effect in the discharging hopper, and preventing the mixed steam in the DTDC from backing up into the extractor;
• Adjustment of extractiontime and capacity is convenient and stable, and a reliable material seal is formed in the feeding hopper to prevent the gas in the extractorfrom backing up into the pretreatment workshop;
• The whole machine structure is simple, easy to operate, high operating rate.
