Description

The paraffin oil recovery solvent device produced by our company adopts the absorption column and desorption column in the form of Pall Ring Padding, in the packing absorption column, the liquid on the surface of the huge padding is in the form of a thin film or is sprayed into a mist filled with padding gap and free gas contact and the solvent gas therein, making the solvent gas in the free gas, the maximum possible absorption. The packing of this equipment is made of stainless steel, and its shape and state are designed according to the basic principle of chemical industry, which can make the liquid paraffin form a thin film when it flows on the packing, i.e. there is a phenomenon of fast flow and not pooling; The padding is naturally stacked in the column so that gas (free gas) and liquid (liquid paraffin) are in full contact with each other in the column without short-circuit phenomenon, so the paraffin can absorb the solvent in the free gas more thoroughly, and the solvent-saturated paraffin solution is more adequate in stripping.
