YHLN type counter-flow cooling dryer

The YHLN counter-flow cooling dryer is an equipment researched and developed by our company. It is mainly used for drying and cooling high-temperature granules after extrusion or granulating various materials in oil production, feed, food production and other enterprises.

• It has a unique drying and cooling mechanism. The cold air or hot air moves in the opposite direction to the material, so that the material is gradually dried and cooled from bottom to top, avoiding the shortcomings of other equipment such as the moisture and heat in the center of the material being difficult to dissipate during the cooling time and being fragile due to sudden cooling in other equipment.
• When the material is dry, the precipitation rate should not be less than 2%. It plays an outstanding role in producing high-quality extruded granular materials, extending material storage time, improving process performance and increasing economic benefits.
• This equipment has advantages such as high output, high degree of automation, low noise and minimal maintenance.
• There is a flat material device inside, which makes the resistance of hot (cold) air passing through the material the same and makes the thickness of the material layer uniform, avoiding the phenomenon of short circuit caused by the wind.
• It is equipped with an automatic discharge and turning plate mechanism to ensure that the material has a certain thickness in the machine, thus ensuring the drying effect.
• The whole machine adopts an automated control system, which eliminates the need for special supervision and improves working conditions.
