Our process

  • Boiling method: Usually used in animal oil processing, animal oil after high temperature boiling, the lipase and oxidase in the tissue can be completely destroyed. Even if there is a small amount of residue in the boiled fat, the oil will not be rancid. Therefore, the boiling method is considered to be a more perfect processing method in hygiene.
  • With the large-scale breeding of poultry in the market, many large-scale slaughtering and processing enterprises of pigs, cattle, sheep, etc. leave a large amount of animal oil need to be processed and utilised, at present, Siwei Group has developed a complete set of animal oil refining equipment assembly line, which can be used to extract animal oil by using the new type of process equipment and can get refined animal oil.
  • The animal oil is further refined through deacidification, bleaching and deodorisation to remove harmful substances, odours, free fatty acids and some oil-soluble trace components.
