Our process

Biodiesel is a green renewable energy substance. It can use raw materials such as soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, high acid-value kitchen waste oil, etc., combined with methanol as the substrate, after transesterification or esterification, to generate fatty acid methyl ester, fatty acid methyl ester can be obtained after washing, drying and polishing and filtration of the finished biodiesel. It is characterised by high cetane number, almost no sulphur and no aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. It is generally mixed with petrochemical diesel at a certain ratio and used, which has a significant effect on improving the emission of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and black smoke in the tailpipe of traditional diesel vehicles.
