Our Process

• The corn raw material is first pre-treated to remove impurities. After steam conditioning, the corn is softened and the enzymes within are activated to facilitate the release of nutrients. The softened corn is then processed through a flaking mill to form thin flakes.
• The pressed corn flakes are treated with high-temperature steam to sterilize and improve the taste.
• After drying and cooling, the shelf life of the corn flakes is ensured and they are ready for packaging.
