Our process

• Advanced corn germ pretreatment and pressing process, including corn germ cleaning → crushing → softening → flaking → cooking → pressing → crude oil filtration and so on, in order to maximise the oil yield.
• Solvent extraction process is used to increase the oil extraction rate, reduce the production cost and get the maximum benefit.
• Physical refining and chemical refining processes are used to improve oil quality and remove impurities and free fatty acid.
