• During the extraction process, the phospholipids are separated using hydrate or alcohol extraction methods, followed by purification through evaporation, centrifugal separation and washing. Before the finished product is dried and packaged, there will be a quality inspection step to ensure that the produced phospholipids meet predetermined standards.
