    Our Process

    • Our advanced process for rapeseed pretreatment and pressing includes cleaning→drying and conditioning→flaking→cooking→pressing→three-stage filtering.
    • The raw material is conveyed to a screw oil press for pressing and the crude oil obtained is filtered through multiple stages to produce filtered oil. The pressed cake is then conveyed to the extraction workshop for solvent extraction.
    • Solvent extraction process is used to improve the oil extraction rate, reduce production costs and achieve maximum benefits.
    • Physical refining and chemical refining processes improve oil quality by removing impurities and free fatty acid.
