Our process

• Advanced sesame pressing process, including Sesame Cleaning → cooking → pre-pressing → second pressing → filtration, etc. After the second pressing, the residual oil in the cake will be to about 5%.
• Solvent extraction process is used to increase the oil extraction rate, reduce the production cost and get the maximum benefit.
• Sesame oil refining mainly adopts physical refining process, which is used to improve the quality of oil, remove impurities and free fatty acid.
• Zhengzhou Siwei has independently developed and designed an efficient, economical and reliable process in sesame oil making. Sesame oil can be made by physical pressing. Sesame oil with different flavours can be produced according to customers’ requirement, while the content of risk factors is far below the international standard limit. Zhengzhou Siwei research and development of sesame peeling machine, application effect is remarkable, peeling rate can reach more than 95%.
