    Introduction

    Tea seed oil is also known as camellia oil and wild camellia oil. High-quality camellia oil, namely tea seed oil, can be extracted from the Camellia oleifera fruit.     Our Process:

    • Tea seed pretreatment and pressing process: cleaning → shelling → flaking→ conditioning → pressing → three-stage filtration.
    • After tea seeds are conditioned, the oil yield and crude oil quality will be greatly improved. Subsequently, oil production by pressing or oil extraction can be selected according to customer needs.
    • The pressing process, which extracts tea seed oil through physical pressing, is suitable for small to medium-sized production lines.
    • For larger-scale production lines, solvent extraction process is used to further improve the oil yield.
    • The tea seed oil refining process includes degumming, deacidification, bextraction, deodorization and other stages to ensure the output of high-quality refined oil.
