We undertake train unloading project; 100-10000m³ (single storage capacity) warehousing project; 10-5000m³ (single oil tank capacity) oil tank project.

Our process

Silo process features:

• Deep pit unloading of oilseeds is equipped with an air suction device to make the working environment for receiving materials clean and hygienic;
• Equipped with measurement, initial clearing and reversing functions;
• Fluidize the material out of the warehouse and discharge the material evenly;
• Outgoing warehouse adopts frequency conversion control, which is easy to operate and stabilizes output;
• Material drying tower can dry high-moisture raw materials.

Oil tank process features:

• Oil tank pipelines generally have single-pipe system, double (multi-) pipe system and independent pipeline system.
• Anti-corrosion design for the outer surface of the oil tank and anti-corrosion measures for the inner wall of the oil tank should be determined based on the storage medium in the tank.
• The oil tank has the following safety facilities: mechanical breathing valve, hydraulic safety valve, flame arrester, measuring hole, manhole, lighting hole, inlet and outlet oil pipe, foam generator, electrostatic grounding wire, lightning rod, ladder and railing, etc.
