Pressed oil: Soya bean oil obtained by pressing method has no additives and is basically free of chemical residues. Therefore, the crude oil is of high quality and retains the nutrients in soybeans as well as the original natural flavour of the plant. However, the oil yield is lower, and the price of edible oil produced by pressing is higher than that produced by solvent extraction.
Solvent extraction oil: The solvent extraction method has a higher oil yield, less residual oil, makes full use of the oil resources, and is cheaper. However, it may affect the flavour of soybean oil, and the nutrients are highly damaged and there will be various chemical residues.
